The Guy P. Vance Scholarship is named after Brother Guy P. Vance, a true and upright Mason who passed away in 1999. Brother Vance was always helping his fellow man no matter what he needed. He was always there with assistance and an encouraging word. In his honor, Batavia Lodge 404 will present a yearly scholarship to a Batavia High School student that will be attending Waubonsee Community College seeking a degree or completing a program of study.
